ATLANTIC  CITY DOCUMENTARY "WAITING TO BE TOLD"

The Schultz-Hill Foundation has started its main project, i.e., producing an Atlantic City Documentary that is geographically, not chronologically, based on Atlantic City’s great past and fantastic future.

We are working with two very talented Producers/Writers, Mr. Brendan Jerome and Mr. Nick Palmisano of 11th Floor Creative Group (www.11floor.com). They have begun with our support the process of footage, interviews and research. We have completed a small “Featurette” that will be used as a sort of teaser to the community, sponsors and funding opportunities to educate and motivate .

“Atlantic City-Waiting to be Told” is a work in progress and we are very excited about the project that encompasses all of our goals to support the arts/history of our region and to educate our residents, visitors, casino employees , tourists and our children about our great area.

About the Directors:

Brendan Jerome graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of the Arts, with a concentration in documentary filmmaking.  Wasting little time, Brendan jumped into the industry with one of the most progressive networks on Television, MTV.  After interning with MTV, he was brought in as Production Assistant on the Oscar nominated documentary "Tupac: Resurrection".  He then continued onto the series, "True Life" and "Sweet Sixteen".  In addition, Brendan has produced several documentaries independently, including "Priority 3", a powerful film that chronicles the struggles of violence in the Philadelphia Public School District.

Nick Palmisano earned a Bachelor of Science in Communications from the University of the Arts, with a dual focus in Advertising/Marketing and Documentary Production.  He gained experience in both of these areas in the production department of one of Philadelphia's powerhouse advertising agencies, Red Tettemer.   In addition,, Nick has conducted supplemental campaigns for Philadelphia's Avenue of the Arts, "Keep Philadelphia Beautiful", and an award winning campaign of the College of Media and Communication.  Once out of college, Nick began work at Media Works Communications, honing his visual design, branding, and public relations skills with clients such as:  The Atlantic City Boardwalk Bullies, HBO Pay Per View, Don King Productions, Atlantic City Hilton, Prudential Fox and Roach Realtors and RNS Cancer and Heart Fund.
