" Vivaldi's Four Seasons" an Education symphonic composition will be performed by the Bay Atlantic Symphony under the Direction of Director Jed Gaylin on April 6th, (10:30 am) at Dante Theater of the ARTS in Atlantic City. Students from Atlantic City's Public Schools ,Richmond Ave. &Pennsylvania Ave. will attend this Music Education Program. The Four Seasons is the best known of Vivaldi's works. Unusually for the time, Composer Antonio Vivaldi published the concerti with accompanying poems (possibly written by Vivaldi himself) that elucidated what it was about those seasons that his music was intended to evoke. It is a Wonderful and Enjoyable FREE Music Education Program which outreaches to the Students in Our Community! 11/21/2016 Schultz-Hill Named Outstanding FoundationWe're honored to announce that the Schultz-Hill Foundation was selected as the 2016 "Outstanding Foundation" by the Association of Fundraising Professionals, New Jersey, Southern Chapter. Thank you to Patrick Manion, MBA, of the Muscular Dystrophy Association, and Alejandra Sulpizio, of Precision NPO, who nominated the Foundation for the award. Board member Kathleen Strain accepted the award on our behalf at the 2016 National Philanthropy Day Awards Breakfast on November 17, 2016, held at the Mansion on Main Street in Voorhees, N.J. Atlantic City school students were treated Wednesday to a performance of the Russian children's symphony "Peter and the Wolf" by the Bay Atlantic Symphony, under the direction of conductor Jed Gaylin, back row in center. More than 200 students from Richmond Avenue and Our Lady Star of the Sea schools attended the free event at Dante Hall Theater of the Arts. The program was presented by the Schultz-Hill Foundation, which brings the arts to the community through its free music education programs.
2/22/2016 Music and MemoriesThe Schultz-Hill Foundation kicked off its new Outreach to Others series with a musical program Feb. 15 at Seashore Gardens Living Center in Galloway Township to honor the facility's 100th anniversary. More than 100 residents and family members attended the free 'Season of Love'mini-concert performed by members of the Bay-Atlantic Symphony and were treated afterward to a private meet-and-greet with the musicians. The outreach series is a collaborative program established to bring the arts to others in the community and to help build a better awareness, education and appreciation for the arts in South Jersey. Sponsors for the event included Atlanti Care, Parke Bank and Essential Elements health food store. At right, Schultz-Hill board member Jeannie Eisele, founders Gary Hill and John Schultz and Seashore Gardens staff member Sharon D'Angio spend time with one of the residents. T he afternoon matinee featured an exhilarating performance by a talented ensemble of 4Singers , and 2 Musical accompanists from the Theater Company’s and closes the 2015 Senior Series in Atlantic City. Special guests & Welcome by Atlantic City Mayor Don Guardian, a Meet and Greet Party immediately followed the concert with cast members and the show’s director. As well as Photos with Cast. Atlantic County provided free transportation for Atlantic City’s senior citizens to attend the show.
