Holy Spirit is a member of the Tri M Music Honor Society St. Ceceilia Chapter 3525, a division of MEofNA Music Educators of North America. There are only 2 high schools in Atlantic County that have Chapters in this organization Holy Spirit and Mainland. We work together at an annual summit every winter semester to share ideas and music. This a international honor society requiring a high GPA and giving back to the community their gift of music, through performance in Nursing Homes, Hospitals and most importantly as mentors to the youth of our community through the Grace Notes Project.
This year Holy Spirit presents “The Sound of Music" wich will be held from March 21-23. It Boasts of a 40 member cast and crew and tech with the Grace Notes Children as an added bonus. They are members of the cast as well as seated in the orchestra pit with our instrumentalists. Our Conductor is Mr. Bill McGready…whose entertaining music you have been listening to this evening, the director is Mrs. Lisa Bibruno, and the choral director is Ms. Claire Newell Collins.
The Schultz Hill Foundation has been a loyal supporter of the Arts in our area and is a contributor to the continued effort of Music Education in Holy Spirit.
